Baptism and life

Monday we did studies and laundry, went shopping. Emailed. Did sports with the missionaries in livermore. ate dinner. Went on splits.

Tuesday we went to Open Heart service. Ate lunch. Went to have a 7 year old lesson. Went to the crugers.

Wednesday we went to open heart. ate lunch. went to help a member with something. Went to district meeting. Saw Vanessa. Saw Chenita. Ate dinner. Went on splits and I saw the Vago part member family kids.

Thursday we went to ACS. ate lunch. Tried to see people. Saw Tassia. Went to dinner. Saw the Caldeiras.

Friday we went to water some members plants. Ate lunch. Went to the Vagos. Saw Vanessa. Ate dinner. Went to Dani's baptism. :)

Saturday we did service for the Relay For Life. Tried to see people. Went contacting at the Bart and got six new investigators. Ate dinner. Went to the YSA talent show.

Sunday we went to church. Ate dinner. Tried to see people. Not a very eventful day. :)

Dani's baptism

Relay for Life

Monday we did laundry and studies, cleaned car. Went to a lunch with a member. emailed. Sis Harvey did My Plan. We played hide and seek tag with the zone and we found the best hiding spots. Went to dinner.

Tuesday we did studies. Went to help a member pack so she could move. Ate lunch. Tried to see some people. Saw the Maughans. Ate dinner. Went to the Tafts. Went on splits and I met Jacque B.

Wednesday we went to Open Heart. Ate lunch. Had district meeting. Met with the Carlsons. Met with Brittany and took Vanessa with us. Ate dinner. Did more moving service for the member.

Thursday we went to ACS. Ate lunch. Did some weekly planning. Met with Vanessa. Met with Eduardo. Went to dinner. Saw the Caldeiras on splits.

Friday we helped the member move and by this time she had let the RS know so they were there as well. Ate lunch. Did weekly planning. Followed up with some members we invited to do something. Ate dinner. Saw Neena. Went to Deanna's.

Saturday we and the elders did yard work for a pm family. They fed us lunch. We saw a lot of la people who did not want us to visit them again. Saw Sandra. Saw Sister Grace. Saw the Moyers. Followed up with another member family. Ate dinner. Went and heart attacked a members door.

Sunday we went to church. I gave a talk in one of the wards about hope. Followed up on a referral. Ate dinner. Taught one of the elders investigators. :)

the fourth of July

This week has been crazy with my 12 months of being a missionary and the Fourth of July.

Monday we did laundry and went to one of our wards Fourth of July celebration breakfast. Went shopping. Emailed. Sister Harvey did My Plan stuff - it's something to help missionaries in their first year or so back home. Sister Harvey sorted through things. We went to dinner. We had forgotten that we were doing exchanges that night for the next day so rushed back home to pack some things. Then I went to Fremont and watched fireworks with the Ct, while Sister Harvey went to Livermore and watched fireworks with Vanessa.

Tuesday Sister Lam, Sister Jones, and I helped clean up and organize a fireworks booth. Ate lunch. They went on splits with members at different times so I spent time with one while the other was with a member and then they switched. We went to Institute. Exchanged back.

Wednesday we went to service at Open Heart. Ate lunch as a district. Did ZTM planning. Met with Vanessa. :) Went to dinner. Went on splits.

Thursday we went to ZTM in livermore. ate lunch. Went to try and see someone but ended up contacting and handing out books of mormon in a parking lot. Did some Weekly Planning. Ate dinner. Went on splits and I saw the Caldeiras. The member I was on splits with thought that we were awesome. :)

Friday was our ZTM. Went to a 7 year old lesson and they gave us banana bread which we ate for lunch. Saw the Crugers. Saw Vanessa. Went and practiced for a song the missionaries were asked to sing in on sunday in one of the wards. Went to dinner. Went on splits and saw Dominique. And somehow I have been out a year!

Saturday we did weekly planning and ate lunch. Did service for a blood drive (signed people in and stuff like that). Saw Sister Grace. Went to dinner. Went on splits and made appointments with some people.

Sunday we went to church. All the missionaries (us, two elders and their mini missionary) sand Joseph Smiths First Prayer to the tune of Come Thou Fount. :) Saw Matilda. Went to dinner. Finished weekly planning. Saw the Gauthiers.

The week was good. :)

Now family I have something I would like you to do. I was reading in Preach My Gospel and saw an invitation. So, how have you individually been blessed by keeping a commandment? :)

4th of July! We have Agency hooray! 1 year

Monday we went to a dentist appointment Sister Harvey had. Sister Harvey worked on her resume at the mellas for four hours. Sister Mella fed us lunch. Went home started laundry. Emailed. Played ping-pong and cards with the elders.

Tuesday we went to open heart service. Ate lunch. Visited some 7 turning 8 year old members we are teaching. Ate dinner.

Wednesday we went to open heart service. Had a district lunch/meeting. Did service for a family in the ward who was moving - with girls camp and scout camp both this week. Met with Eduardo. Ate dinner. Went on splits and I met with another 8 year old.

Thursday we went to ACS where we organized and priced cds for two hours. Went and had lunch with the Livermore Sisters :) Went to the Yips. Met with Tassia, taking Toni (going on a mission to Brazil soon). Went to dinner. Went to Sister Miaos.

Friday we drove to Fremont to exchange for MLC. Went to ACS there. Drove back to Pleasanton to get out phone and eat lunch. Met with Vanessa. Met with Angel. Exchanged back. Went to dinner.

Saturday we did weekly planning. Had a lunch/correlation with the Elders. Finished weekly planning. Went to the baptism of Bella, one of the 7 turning 8 year olds we've been teaching. Ate dinner. Saw Sandra. Saw the Corcrans. Saw the Gauthiers and helped them husk corn.

Sunday we went to a missionary/bishop correlation. Went to church. Tried to see some potential YSA's (graduated this year). Went to dinner. Saw another potential YSA named Matilda. Her sisters name is Hermione. :)

minion missionary

week 51 Baptisms and transfers

Only one person in the zone is transferring. It will be very fun.

Monday we did laundry, emailed. Ate lunch, printed pictures. Went home
and did things. Went to dinner. Went to FHE with Vanessa and Angel.

Tuesday we did open heart. Went to the Maughens and the Florians to
teach seven turning eight year olds. Met with Susie. Vanessa had her
interview. Went on splits.

Wednesday we practiced a song I was asked to sing in relief society.
Found clothes for Vanessa baptism. Ate lunch. Went to district meeting
and made the elders go on a hunt for "dirt" we made them (chocolate
pudding and Oreos). Met with Sister Smith. Went to dinner. Saw
Brittany. Went on splits and saw the Ferrins. A member who came on
splits with us got us ice cream.

Thursday went to ACS. Ate lunch. Did weekly planning. Met with
Vanessa. Went to dinner. Met with the Briggs.

Friday we went to get our car fixed, brakes and oil change/tire

rotation. Did more weekly planning. We to to a lunch with a member.
Met with Vanessa. Went to dinner. Saw the Caldeiras.

Saturday was the baptism of Vanessa and Angel! :) ate lunch. Had a
meeting with the elders. Finished weekly planning. Tried to see Sandra
but she wasn't home. Took a soon to be missionary, Toni out with us.
She is going to Brazil. Saw Eduardo. Went to dinner - it was a bunch
of rms from the singles ward, so it was super fun to listen to the
mission stories (one went to dads mission). Went and saw Sister
Buckholz.

Sunday went to church. I gave a talk. We went and ate lunch. Watched
them get confirmed. Went and I sang in relief society. Tried to see
some people. Went to dinner. Went home and prepared, then drove to San
Jose to make it less of a drive to get to sister Harvey's dentist
appointment in the morning.
